Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a free reprint or a full refund—no hassle. To qualify, please report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at birdy@shop.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue to help us make it right as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

  • Claims made after 14 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • This policy applies only to defective or damaged items upon arrival.
